The steak is made with the legendary Iga beef, which has meat quality comparable to Matsusaka beef from Mie, but is only available in Iga and its surrounding areas.Iga rice is a brand of rice that has been selected as "Special A", the highest ranking of rice in Japan. A special course where you can enjoy rice cooked in an Iga ware pot. This is an ``Iga beef steak'' that can only be enjoyed here, using a unique French cooking method, such as preparing the strong-flavored Iga beef with a sharp red wine sauce and seasonings such as salt.
