To ensure that you can enjoy a relaxing time with your loved ones, enjoying the unique seasonal atmosphere, Washoku Momori has a few requests regarding reservations.

● All course meals must be served in the same order. (※ 1. Some exceptions apply.)
● ※ 1. The Wagyu Sukiyaki Hot Pot Course can be combined with other courses.
If you would like to combine courses, please fill in the request/answer section or apply by phone.
●For celebrations such as children or longevity celebrations, please choose from the [Celebration Meal Course].
●For formal occasions such as family meetings, business entertainment, or memorial services, please choose from the [Seasonal Course].
●For casual occasions with family or friends, we recommend the [Choosing a Course] and additional individual items. Recommended dishes include the "Gozen," "Hot Pot Course," and "Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Course."
*Hot pot and tempura take a long time to prepare, so we may not be able to accommodate same-day orders. Reservations are recommended.
●If your desired option is not available, please contact the restaurant directly.
●We provide baby chairs for infants and high chairs for children.
●For reservations of 17 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
●We have 10 parking spaces, including 4 in front of the restaurant. Please contact the restaurant for details.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.

Split the head in half, remove the scales and wash under running water. Wash the inside of the head carefully as well. Pour water and pure rice wine into a pot so that the head is just covered, add the scallions for flavoring and bring to a boil over high heat. When it starts to bubble, carefully remove the scum, and once the foam has subsided add the soy sauce in two batches. Taste the first batch and adjust the seasoning in the second batch. Boil the fatty golden-eyed snapper briefly, being careful not to season it too heavily in order to enjoy the natural flavor of the fish...
