Our course menu features dashi shabu (hot pot) made with Wagyu beef and carefully selected pork, along with a variety of dishes using seasonal ingredients. Enjoy the seasonal flavors alongside the dashi shabu. Enjoy it with our signature dashi broth and ponzu sauce.
