・テーブルマナーの歴史
・所作（椅子の座り方、ナフキンのかけ方、グラスの持ち方）
・ナイフ、フォークの使いかた（前菜、魚料理、肉料理）
・スープの飲み方
・パンの食べ方（バターの付け方など）etc.
