熟練のサービススタッフが講師となり、美味しくランチをお召し上がりいただきながら、正しいナイフ・フォークの使い方やレストランでの所作をわかりやすく、楽しくレクチャーいたします。フレンチならではの演出もございます。
春休みの思い出に、高校を卒業して社会へ羽ばたくお子様とご一緒に、親子でぜひご体験ください。

◆テーブルマナー教室の内容◆
・テーブルマナーの歴史
・所作（椅子の座り方、ナフキンのかけ方、グラスの持ち方）
・ナイフ、フォークの使いかた（前菜、魚料理、肉料理）
・スープの飲み方
・パンの食べ方（バターの付け方など）etc.

始まりの一皿：パレット・アート・オードブル　～芸術家が愛した南仏プロヴァンスより五種の味覚～
冷前菜：春野菜のアスピックと桜鯛のマリネ
スープ：カリフラワーのポタージュ
メイン料理：牛肉の赤ワイン煮込み　”ブッフ・ブルギニョン”
デザート：イチゴのタルト　ベリーソース　ヴァニラアイス添え
食後のお飲物とお茶菓子
