[1] Cuisine Style
In order to serve the best seasonal ingredients prepared in the most optimal way, we ask that you leave the menu choices up to each course. Therefore, when making a reservation, please let us know about any food allergies or dietary preferences. Please also check for those of your companions.
We may refuse meals if you have severe allergies or dietary preferences.
We cannot accommodate menu changes on the day of your reservation. Even if we can accommodate such requests, an additional fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

[2] Dress Code
Casual attire such as shorts, T-shirts, and sandals is not permitted.
Dressing up will enhance your dining experience. Also, as many of our guests enjoy wine, please refrain from wearing excessive perfume.

[3] Private Room Fee
We have one private room that can accommodate up to six people.
A private room fee of ¥5,500 (tax and service charge not included) is charged.

[4] Accompanying Children
Reservations for children must be made by phone.
Reservations depend on the child's age and restaurant availability, so please contact us by phone to inquire.
For children's meals, we offer an adapted version of the adult short course menu (starting at ¥9,900).
Please be considerate of other customers.

[5] Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply.
■ Cancellation on the day (without notice): 100% of the course fee
■ Cancellation on the day (with notice): 100% of the course fee
■ Cancellation the day before: 50% of the course fee
Reservation changes must be made at least two days prior to the reservation date.

All of our financiers are baked fresh on the day of purchase.
When freshly baked, they have a crispy exterior and a moist interior.
The fragrant aroma of domestically produced fermented butter and aromatic almond flour, used generously, fills your mouth with flavor.
Our commitment is to bake them thoroughly until they are golden brown, which brings out the flavor of the flour even more.
These are not light and fluffy financiers, but rather financiers that you should chew carefully to enjoy the taste and lingering aftertaste of the ingredients.

Pithivier is a traditional pastry from the town of Pithivier in France, made by filling a pie crust with plenty of almond cream and baking it. The pie crust, which is made with a generous amount of fermented butter, is carefully folded using a reverse folding technique called inverse folding, and our original apple compote with a hint of Calvados is added to create an elegant and light finish to pie crust, which can tend to be heavy. The fluffy almond crust and gentle apple flavor wrapped in a light and crispy pie crust are comfortable, and the rich, fragrant aroma that spreads in your mouth will bring a smile to your face.
