▼ Seating, Reservations, and Usage
8F: 9 counter seats, 6 tables (seating 3–4 people each), 1 round table (seating 6 people)
Rooftop: 6 seats (maximum capacity: 30 people)
※ If the venue is fully booked and you wish to add more guests, this won’t be possible; please keep this in mind.
※ Groups exceeding 30 people cannot use the Rooftop BBQ; please make arrangements accordingly in advance.
※ Seat location requests cannot be accommodated.
For hygiene reasons, bringing your own food or ingredients is strictly prohibited. Should any food items be brought in, they cannot be used on the day of the event. Additionally, we cannot store such items at the venue temporarily; please understand this policy.

▼ Private Events
Minimum charge for private events: 120,000 yen (tax included) per floor (240,000 yen tax included for two floors).

※ Cash payments are not accepted; please note this.

▼ Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules are as follows:
・Same-day cancellation: 100% charge
※ Even if the number of guests or total amount decreases on the day of the event, a 100% cancellation fee still applies. Please understand that the full plan fee must be paid.
・Cancellation the day before: 0% charge
※ If the venue is fully booked and you wish to add more guests, this won’t be possible; please keep this in mind.

■ Rooftop BBQ Operations: Closure due to adverse weather conditions
・Due to severe weather (strong winds, etc.), the BBQ venue may be closed for safety reasons.
・No compensation beyond the BBQ fee will be provided in case of closure.
・If adverse weather occurs after guests have arrived and the venue must be closed, no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid, including the usage fee.
・In case of closure, guests are requested to reschedule their visit.
(In cases of closure, a deposit is collected in advance and deducted from future bookings.)
※ In strong wind conditions, charcoal may not be usable; in such cases, gas-powered grills will be used instead.
