▼Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following applies:

・Cancellation on the day: 100%
・Cancellation the day before: 0%

■ BBQ Operation: Regarding cancellation due to bad weather (strong winds, etc.)
・Due to the effects of bad weather, the BBQ venue may be closed for safety reasons.

・We cannot compensate for anything other than the BBQ fee in the event of cancellation.
・If the weather deteriorates after your arrival and operations are closed, we will not refund any fees already paid, including the usage fee.

・If operations are closed, please reschedule your visit.

(In case of cancellation, a deposit fee will be collected in advance and deducted from the next event.)
