Auberge de Bellevie from France's Jura region will be coming to Restaurant Ukiyo.

This renowned restaurant in the Jura region has become a magnet for wine lovers from around the world.

I'm incredibly excited to collaborate with this wonderful restaurant, led by my dear friend Zoe.

The evening will feature a seven-course menu that combines Chef Byron's exquisite French cuisine with Ukiyo's spices and charcoal-grilled dishes.

Jura wine producer Emmanuel Houillon Overnoy will also be joining us, bringing a special selection of wines from his home.
Please enjoy these wines as well.

Bowmore, the oldest distillery on the Scottish island of Islay, is known as the holy land of whiskey.
This winter, Bowmore Distillery's proud single malt whiskey, Bowmore, will change its iconic label from "white" to "black."
To commemorate this milestone, a new series, Bowmore Sherry 12, 15, and 18 Years Old, will be released in limited quantities, combining the rich sweetness of sherry cask whiskey with Bowmore's distinctive smokiness.
You can experience this worldview at Restaurant Ukiyo.
Ukiyo's cuisine, which weaves together charcoal, spices, and seasonal scenes,
will resonate with Bowmore's deep, elegant, and complex flavors.
We will be offering a special food and drink pairing course for this evening only.
