Reservations

• Reservations open on the 1st day, two months in advance
　(Example: April reservations open on February 1st)
• If your preferred date is unavailable, please email us at
　bonchikyoto@gmail.com

　We’ll contact you if a seat becomes available.

About seat reservations (Important)

• One seat reservation is required per person who will be making a piece
• Seats are for participants only
• We kindly ask that non-participating companions do not sit in the workshop space

※ If you would like to visit only for shopping, you are welcome to stop by without a reservation.

Age Requirement

・Seats are available for participants aged 6 and over.
・Due to the detailed nature of the work, children aged 6 and over can make their own miniature.
・Children under 6 may find it difficult to work independently, so we are unable to reserve a seat for them.
・Children aged 6–9 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
・Children aged 10 and over may join on their own.

On the day of the workshop

• Reservations are for seats only
• Menu selection and payment will be made in person on the day
• Please check our website for menus and prices

※ Due to system settings, options may appear as “Breakfast” or “Lunch,”
　but please note that no meals are provided.
　This is an art and craft workshop using clay only.

Additional information

• Maximum capacity per class: 6 people
• Groups smaller than 6 may be seated with other guests
• Workshop time and price vary depending on the item you choose
• Items not listed on the menu cannot be made
• Each participant may choose a different item to create

Cancellation policy

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel

<Cancellation Fee>
• 48 hours before: ¥3,630 per person
• 24 hours before: ¥7,260 per person

• Reservations may be cancelled if we cannot reach you
　30 minutes after the scheduled start time
