Things to confirm before making a reservation

【① Estimated dining time】
Estimated meal duration: 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

【② Allergy accommodations】
As we offer a “chef’s choice course” centered around that day’s catch from Toyama Bay, we generally do not customize courses individually.
Guests with allergies must inform us of the details by phone or email prior to their reservation. We will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know whether we can accommodate your needs.
※ Due to ingredient procurement and preparation requirements, we cannot address any allergy information provided on the day of your visit or if such information has not been confirmed in advance. Please be sure to inform us beforehand.

【③ Ingredients you dislike】
Our chef’s choice course aims to provide a variety of small dishes; therefore, we do not customize courses based on individual preferences.
If there are any ingredients you absolutely cannot eat, please discuss this with us by phone or email prior to making your reservation.
※ Minor adjustments such as omitting wasabi or green onions are possible. If desired, please indicate this in the reservation comments section.
※ Requests made on the day of your visit cannot be accommodated. Please ensure prior confirmation.

【④ Restrictions on photography and recording】
Photography inside the restaurant is permitted only for pictures of the dishes served to you.
To protect the privacy of other guests and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you refrain from photographing the interior, staff, or chefs.
※ Video recording and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
※ Wearing glasses with camera or recording functions (such as smart glasses) is strictly forbidden.

【⑤ Restrictions on perfumes and fragrances】
To preserve the delicate flavors of our ingredients and out of consideration for other guests, please avoid using excessive amounts of perfume or scented products.
※ In cases where the scent is particularly strong, entry may be denied.
