We are pleased to announce the “Sake Tripling Dinner” – a popular event at Bistro Noga where guests can enjoy an original course paired with sake, along with special glassware designed for sake drinking. The Summer 2026 edition is now being held.

This time’s collaborating brewery is Nagai Sake Brewery, which has been dedicated for 140 years to “crafting beautiful sake that reflects the natural beauty of its local area.” Inspired by the rich nature of Kawaba Village in Gunma Prefecture and the underground water from Mt. Myōgi in the headwaters of the Tone River, the founder began brewing sake here. We will bring to life the “NAGAI STYLE” – savoring sake alongside carefully prepared dishes – in collaboration with Bistro Noga, which excels at leveraging local partnerships and seasonal ingredients to their fullest potential. Additionally, glassware crafted specifically for sake by Kimoto Glass, a company continually expanding the possibilities of glass products, will further enhance this one-night-only special dinner.
