■Domestic Japanese Black Wagyu Beef and Abalone Steak
Domestic Japanese Black Wagyu Beef and tender abalone are grilled at a high temperature of 250°C on a 5cm thick, 1m long authentic hot plate, locking in all the flavor. The mellow aroma of a brandy flambé adds a real appetite. Garnished with Okinawan loofah and dragon fruit, this colorful dish is a delight.

■Matsutake and Chestnut Rice (Autumn Only)
Autumn flavors, matsutake mushrooms and chestnuts, are slowly simmered in Japanese dashi broth to create a luxurious rice dish with the aroma of autumn.

■Other Buffet Menu Items
- Seven different dishes are offered daily: stir-fried, chicken, fish, pork, stewed, fried, and steamed.
・"Japanese Curry" carefully prepared with the secret ingredient of Miyakojima miso
