Regarding allergies,
for safety reasons, we can only accommodate those ingredients that absolutely cannot be eaten.
In such cases, please clearly inform us in advance of the number of affected customers and the nature and severity of the allergy.
As a general rule, we do not accommodate requests that require significant changes to the basic course menu, such as dairy allergies, vegan/vegetarian options, or gluten-free options.
In addition, we generally cannot accommodate preferences other than allergies (such as food allergies),
but we may make every effort to accommodate them depending on the situation on the day.
