We present a Japanese-style parfait that captures the arrival of spring through the harmony of matcha and strawberries.
Layers of strawberry compote and yuzu jelly are topped with matcha chocolate sauce, home made warabi mochi and sweet red bean paste ,creating a refined balance of traditional Japanese flavors.

The parfait is finished with matcha ice cream and delicate matcha meringue, enhancing the deep, aromatic character of the matcha. Accents of elderflower jelly and anise-infused white chocolate cream both pairing beautifully with matcha and strawberries.
This limited-time parfait brings together rich matcha flavor and a variety of textures, delivering a luxurious taste of spring. Parfait limited to just 20 servings per day.
