▶ Regarding allergy accommodations:

　● Since food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menu items, there is a possibility that allergens may be introduced during the cooking process.
　● Depending on the nature of your allergies/restrictions, we may be unable to serve meals for safety reasons; please understand this in advance.

▶ If we are unable to reach you 20 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to call us if you’ll be late.

▶ About seating arrangements
　● Seating duration is limited to 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch and 2 hours for dinner.
　● We cannot accommodate requests for specific seats; please understand this in advance.
　● During times of strong sunlight, we may lower the blinds inside the restaurant.

▶ For parking, please use the West Parking Lot at Kyoto Station Building.
　※ For every 30,000 yen or more spent at our restaurant, we provide one complimentary parking ticket (up to 2 hours).

For customers who require absolute allergen removal, we must prioritize your safety and may unfortunately be unable to serve meals. In such cases, we welcome you to bring your own food; please inform us in advance.
(※1) As of April 1, 2026, cashew nuts were added to the list of specified allergens, making it 9 items total. However, until March 31, 2028, a transition period applies, and since we cannot verify ingredient composition, we continue to list only the original 8 items.
