Keishi Sato
After seven years at his wine bistro in Shinsen, Shibuya, Sato is embarking on a journey to explore famous wine regions.
While studying under Adi Badenhorst, owner of A.A. Badenhorst, in Swartland, South Africa, he released his first wine, Cage Wine Chenin Blanc, in 2018. The wine has received high praise from wine critics, with the 2021 and 2022 vintages receiving four stars in Platter's Wine Guide, a South African wine rating system.
