The “Onsen-inclusive Online Reservation Plan” on this website is a very cost-effective plan that includes the regular onsen admission fee (2,750 yen).
Additionally, using online reservations allows us to assign seats to you smoothly.

-----Important Notes for Reservations-----
■ When making a reservation, please select your preferred [Meal Time].
※ This is not the onsen usage time, so please note that.
■ Changes to the plan after arrival cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
■ Seat requests cannot be accepted.
If you wish to make a reservation for more people than the maximum allowed, please contact us by phone.

■ Cancellation policies apply to all reservations.
Be sure to check the terms and conditions of each plan before booking.
■ Relaxation service reservations cannot be made through this system.
Please make such reservations by phone or via the dedicated website.

-----For Guests Using the Onsen-Inclusive Plan-----
■ During onsen operating hours (10:00–24:00), you may bathe as many times as you like.
■ Towels, yukata, shampoo, and other amenities are included in the plan price.
■ Guests with tattoos or body art—regardless of size or purpose—are not permitted to use the onsen.

-----Instructions Upon Arrival-----
■ Upon arrival, please inform the staff at the 2nd-floor onsen reception desk of your reservation name.
※ Even if companions arrive at different times, we will accommodate them accordingly.
■ If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time without prior notice, we may cancel your reservation to give priority to other guests.
■ Additional dishes can be ordered on the day from the restaurant’s menu.
■ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the dining area. Please use the designated smoking areas.
