【Regarding Online Restaurant Reservations】
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
● We accept reservations for guests who are elementary school age and above and can dine on our course menu.
● For reservations for three or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Even if we are unable to accept your reservation online, we may be able to accommodate you by phone.

【Regarding Online Room Reservations】
● When making your reservation, please select your desired dining time (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM) rather than your check-in time.
● We only accept reservations for up to two people.
● We only accept reservations for one night or two days.
● For reservations for three or more people or for consecutive nights, please contact the restaurant directly.
● A 10% service charge will be charged at check-out.
● Starting April 1, 2026, a separate accommodation tax will be charged.
