【Regarding online restaurant reservations】
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●Reservations are available for customers who can eat our course menu for elementary school students and above.
●For reservations for 3 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
●Even if we are unable to accept your reservation online, we may be able to accommodate you by phone inquiry.

【Regarding online hotel reservations】
●When making a reservation, please select the desired dining time (17:30-18:30) instead of the check-in time.
●We only accept reservations for up to 2 people.
●We only accept reservations for 1 night and 2 days.
●For reservations for 3 or more people or consecutive nights, please contact the restaurant directly.
