[January 23rd only] Vega Sicilia × IÑAKI Wine maker's Dinner
We will be hosting a winemaker's dinner with Vega Sicilia, one of Spain's leading winery groups. They believe that "time" is what produces the best wines, including Unico, the world's longest-aged variety. They work closely with grapes and follow a philosophy of patiently waiting for the wine to mature. We hope you enjoy this one-night-only feast featuring a variety of wines from Vega Sicilia, known as the jewel of Spanish wine, and prepared by IÑAKI Chef Shuhei Takuma.
