▶︎Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. Two-person seats are at the counter. We appreciate your cooperation as this is a small restaurant.

If you do not arrive 10 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to call us if you are late.
▶︎We cannot arrange taxis or other transportation. Please be sure to check your own transportation options. Late arrivals due to traffic congestion are not accepted. We recommend staying within walking distance.
▶︎Please refrain from making reservations on the day of your arrival in Niseko.
▶︎We cannot add or remove seats other than those reserved after your arrival. Please make a reservation for the exact number of people.
If the number of people changes, please make the necessary changes in advance.
▶︎Unfortunately, as this is an izakaya, we do not provide high chairs. Strollers are not permitted.
▶︎Please be sure to enter a phone number where you can be reached on the day.
▶︎Please refrain from changing your reservation date more than 3 days prior. Please understand that a cancellation fee will apply.

Please understand that if the number of people visiting decreases, a cancellation fee will be charged for the number of people who have been reduced. A cancellation fee of 8,000 yen will be charged per person. ▶︎Cancellation fees will also be charged in the event of sudden illness or injury. ▶︎Please strictly adhere to the arrival time. Please check the distance from your accommodation. Taxis will be difficult to catch. A fee will also be charged for delays and cancellations due to traffic congestion. We recommend using a location within walking distance. Snowy roads require more time than usual.
