We sincerely apologize, but our restaurant is a small establishment with only 6 seats and is run by one person.

Due to the arrangements for ingredients and preparation, we charge the following cancellation fees.

Cancellation the day before: 50% of the course price will be charged.

Cancellation on the day: 100% of the course price will be charged.

Seafood from Suruga Bay, seasonal vegetables, carefully selected Wagyu and locally sourced meats.
On the teppan, wrapped in sound and scent, each dish weaves its own story.

Cocktails are gently intoxicating and subtly refreshing.
From mid-course onward, feel free to request a change to tea or mocktails.

For the finale:

a Shizuoka sencha, matcha, or another quiet selection.
Under the bright moon, enjoy a calming conclusion.

[Setsugetsufuka] – Setsugetsufuuka – ¥22,000 (drink set) Flickering steam, the aroma of tea rising. A faint hint of the season, the evening reflected in a cocktail. The bounty from the sea of Suruga, the seasonal vegetables that color the fields and mountains, the aftertaste of the food. All of this is transformed into sound and aroma on the hot plate, and comes to fruition as a dish. There are 6 to 7 dishes, and 6 original cocktails infused with Shizuoka tea are served alongside. The alcohol is gently moderate. If you wish, you can also have a tea mocktail. Finally, enjoy your favorite drink. With a quiet, lingering cup of tea - Snow, moon, wind, flowers. Enjoy a story of a moment spent with fragments of the changing seasons.

We do not offer wine or beer, but you can enjoy the quietly fragrant tea cocktails, highballs made with skilled techniques, and the depth of hard liquor with your food. You can also add pairing cocktails and tea during the course. We will deliver a drink that gently suits your tastes and mood, focusing on tea-based cocktails. From Shizuoka, a land blessed with both food and tea, we combine seasonal ingredients with the aroma of tea for a Western-style tea ceremony.

Using ingredients sourced that day, we will present three mini tea or tea mocktail pairings along with a selection of dishes, from appetizers to sweets.

Cocktails are prepared right before your eyes, and dishes are carefully cooked on a hot plate.
Enjoy a quiet afternoon savoring the flavors with all five senses.
