If you specify your arrival time in advance, you will be given priority seating.
This is not a reservation, so there will be a wait time when it is busy. Thank you for your understanding.

We will still guide you through the queue on the day, so if the slots are sold out, please come directly to the store.

●We accept reservations up to 7 days in advance.

●Times are approximate. The entry time may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

●Seating time is limited to 45 minutes.

●Even if you are late, your stay time will be 45 minutes from the reservation time.

●If you are 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.

We will guide the next customer in line.

●You must order one cup of shaved ice per person.

We do not accept additional orders. Please order the number of cups you would like at the first order.

<<Changes in date/time/number of people>>
We cannot accept changes in the number of people or date/time after the reservation has been completed for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming.
