Reservations
● For dining only, please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance. If you wish to stay overnight, please reserve at least 5 days in advance.
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate last-minute course changes upon arrival.
● Guests requesting accommodation for 3 or more people, please contact us by phone or email.
● If you would like breakfast, please select it as an option.

Children
● Children are permitted only if they can eat the same menu as adults. (When booking, please be sure to enter the number and ages of children in the final request field.)
● Guests with infants (and when the party includes four or more guests able to order the course menu) will be accommodated by private booking. For details, please contact us by phone or email.

Arrival
● If you are more than 30 minutes late to your reservation and we cannot reach you, we may have to treat the booking as cancelled. If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact us.
● Because our restaurant uses firewood for cooking, your clothing may pick up a wood-smoke scent. Please be aware of this in advance.

Cancellation Policy
● For cancellations or changes, cancellation fees will be charged from the scheduled arrival time as follows:
3 days prior (72 hours): 100% of the reservation fee
5 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee
