●We start accepting reservations on the first day of each month for dates up to two months ahead. (For example, on March 1st, you can reserve dates from May 1st to May 31st.)
● Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating.

● For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly by phone or email. Regarding reservations for private parties, we accept reservations up to the end of the month 3 months in advance by phone.

● For cancellations or changes in the number of people for reservations of 5 or more, a cancellation policy (50% of the course fee) will apply from 1 month prior to the reservation date.

● Reservations are only accepted for customers aged 13 and over. There is no age restriction for private parties, but please note that we do not have high chairs available.

● If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time has passed, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please note that if more than one hour passes from your reservation time without any contact, your reservation will be cancelled.

● As our course menu utilizes seasonal ingredients, we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu due to disliked ingredients. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan customers. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate customers with allergies to all types of seafood. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate customers with allergies to all types of nuts. Thank you for your understanding.

● We are unable to accommodate customers with allergies to all dairy products. Thank you for your understanding.

● We may not be able to accommodate cases with multiple food allergies.

● If there are menu changes due to allergies or disliked ingredients, the menu will be unified for all members of the group. (We cannot accommodate menu changes for only one person.)

■ For changes or cancellations to your reservation, 50% of the course fee will be charged from 3 days prior at 3:00 PM, and 100% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations on the day of the reservation.

◼️ A separate service fee and fuel surcharge of 15% will be added to your bill.

Important Notice Regarding Food Allergies
We can accommodate food allergies only when they are diagnosed by a medical doctor.
For the safety and management of all our guests, you must disclose all details of any allergies, including the specific allergen, the number of affected persons, and whether consumption is restricted even after heating, at the time of reservation. We regret that we cannot accommodate any requests made on the day of your visit.
Please be aware that complete removal is not possible for certain ingredients (specifically, all nuts, all seafood, all dairy products, and pork (including lard and gelatin), as these are widely used in our seasonings and preparations. Guests with severe allergies are asked to exercise their own discretion regarding the final decision to dine with us.
After reviewing the above, please ensure you write "None" if there are no allergies in your party.

Important Notes Regarding Credit Card Payments
Recommended Cards Not to Use
We do not recommend using debit cards, prepaid cards, or certain credit cards with unique credit concepts when making a reservation.
If you use one of these cards, the equivalent amount of the course fee may be temporarily "held" as a credit line at the time of reservation, depending on the card's specifications or the card company's policy.
However, please note that our establishment does not charge the fee prior to your visit. This procedure is solely for the purpose of credit authorization by your card company. The actual payment will be requested after your visit, unless the cancellation policy applies.
Regarding the Release/Refund of the Held Amount
The timing for the release or refund of the temporarily held amount varies significantly depending on the policy of your card company. For this reason, we are unable to check the individual refund status for you. (In most cases, the hold is released within an average of one month.)
