To celebrate Fairmont Tokyo’s first Valentine’s Day since its opening, we present an exclusive collection designed to make hearts flutter. Perfect as a gift for someone special, or as an indulgent treat for yourself.

Our chocolate selection features five delicately pink-hued flavors, including the Strawberry Ganache Chocolate, a charming heart-shaped creation made with white chocolate blended with strawberry purée, and the Vanilla & Salted Caramel Chocolate, where fragrant vanilla harmonizes beautifully with rich salted caramel.
All chocolates are crafted using premium chocolate from Valrhona, a world-renowned chocolatier, offering a deep, aromatic flavor profile to be truly savored.

5-piece box: 2,250 yen
10-piece box: 4,000 yen
