・ Burdock Root Soup
A seasonal burdock root soup flavored in a Japanese style, made with shiitake mushrooms and chicken.

**Two Kinds of Freshly Baked Scones** ※Free refills available on weekdays only!!
・ Plain Scone – Made using Hokkaido wheat ‘Kita-Honami’. It has a crisp exterior and moist interior.
・ Seasonal Scone – Roasted green tea & chestnut. A fragrant scone made with roasted green tea powder and candied chestnuts mixed into the dough.

**6 Kinds of Sweets**
・ Kinako & Banana Mousse Cake
Featuring sponge cake infused with black sesame, combined with kinako and banana mousse. Inside is strawberry mousse; topped with passionfruit jelly—a delightful blend of sweetness, acidity, and sesame texture.

・ Shiny Donuts
These ‘shiny donuts’ have a glossy surface. Soft donut dough sweetened with soy milk is coated in strawberry milk chocolate and finished with a glaze.

・ Kin Gyoku Kan
Originating in the Edo period as a dessert symbolizing coolness; also known as ‘edible jewels.’ Sweet red bean jelly topped with autumn-colored jelly, all sealed together like a precious gem.

・ Mugwort Trifle
In England, this is called a ‘cake that isn’t baked.’ A Japanese-style trifle combining Lagom bread soaked in coffee syrup with two kinds of mugwort cream.

・ Fig Cheesecake
A lightly sweetened baked cheesecake with matcha-flavored center layer and dried figs on top. Finished with raspberry and fig jam plus fresh strawberries.

・ Semla – Sweet Potato
Soft Lagom bread dough wrapped around sweet potato, topped with purple yam paste and strawberries.

This adorable sweet bread is made with our signature Lagom Bread dough, kneaded with cocoa and made with SATURDAYS CHOCOLATE's Ghana 64. It's filled with chocolate cream, Chantilly cream, and sweet and sour strawberries.

A homemade Danish topped with cream cheese, sweet potato, and Beni Haruka sweet potato.
