【Before Making a Reservation】
This site is for pickups at "Okashi no Mori Kurumi" only.

Reservations open 1 month before the pickup date and close at 7:00 PM, two days prior.
(The deadline may vary depending on the product or date.)

Pickup times are available in 30-minute intervals from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Changes cannot be made after the reservation is completed.
If the item is eligible for cancellation, please cancel it yourself and place a new order.

Cancellations must be made by the customer.

【About Reservations】
Payment must be completed in advance at the time of reservation.
Payment upon pickup is not accepted.

Reservations may close when the limited quantity is reached.

If a product is fully booked for a selected date/time, it will not appear on the reservation page.

For changes to the pickup date or time after reservation, please contact the store by phone.
Significant time changes may not be accepted.

Only one cake can be reserved per order.
To reserve multiple cakes, please place separate orders.

The actual product may vary slightly from the photos, including toppings and decorations.

【Cake Pickup and Transportation】
A confirmation email will be sent after your reservation is completed.
Please present the reservation number shown in the email at pickup.

If someone else is picking up the order, please make sure they have access to the confirmation email.

If you arrive before your reserved time, you may be asked to wait until your scheduled time.

Cooling packs are effective for up to 1 hour.
Please avoid carrying the cake for longer periods.

As cakes are fragile, we do not recommend transporting them by bicycle or other unstable methods.

【Cancellations & Changes】
Cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the day before pickup will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For cancellations made before this deadline,
please cancel the order yourself. A refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Depending on the payment method, a temporary charge may occur before the refund is completed.

If you do not pick up your order on the reserved date, it will be automatically canceled.

【Receipts】
Receipts must be issued by the customer via My Page or the confirmation email.

【Message Plates and Candles】
Complimentary message plates and candles are available.

Additional message plates and number candles are available for purchase at the store.

【Cake Size & Serving Guide】
12 cm: Serves 2–4 people

15 cm: Serves 4–6 people

18 cm: Serves 6–8 people
