Takeout orders will be handed over at “Portum International Hokkaido, 4F Shimogamo Charyo.”
▶ Pickup hours: 11:00–20:00
If arriving by car, guests may use the parking lot designated for Portum International Hokkaido Upper Suite guests.
Please note, however, that this lot may be full if all rooms are occupied.
▶ To cancel an order, please call by 18:00 the day before the scheduled date.
Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
