≪Reservations≫
● As of July 1, 2026, reservations can now be made on this website for dates ranging from the same day up to one year in advance (365 days).
At midnight, if a date 365 days from today is a business day, it will appear as available.
(Example) At 00:00 on July 1, 2026, it becomes possible to make reservations for July 1, 2027.

※ Please note that reservations cannot be made on the following dates, as they are closed days:
・July 3, 2027 (Sat)
・August 11–14, 2027 (Wed–Sat)

● Only courses with wine pairings are offered.
Customers wishing to order bottles of wine instead of paired wines must inquire via email at least 10 days in advance.

● Since reservations start all at once, please arrive on time. If we cannot reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled.

● For children who cannot have the same course as adults, you may select several dishes from the adult menu. We’ll provide details—please inquire via email.

● As our menu features seasonal ingredients, we may not be able to accommodate requests for substitutions due to allergies or food preferences.
Additionally, there may be additional charges depending on the nature of any requested changes.
We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

≪Cancellations≫
● Cancellations made two days prior to the reserved date are free of charge.

● Cancellations made the day before the reservation incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total course cost (per person). On the day of the reservation or for date changes on the same day, a fee equivalent to 100% of the total course cost (per person) will apply, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
