[About Reservations]
▶ Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and are accepted until the day of the visit.
▶ Please check the cancellation policy regarding refunds for prepayments after making a reservation.

[Entry Restrictions]
Entry will be denied in the following cases, and no refunds will be provided. Please check carefully before visiting.
▶ Guests accompanied by pets.
▶ Children under 140 cm in height.

※Children under middle school age must be accompanied by a guardian (one guardian per child). The guardian also needs a reservation.
▶ Pregnant guests.
▶ Guests who have interacted with animals at a pet shop or animal café on the same day.
▶ Guests using wheelchairs or crutches may enter only if accompanied by an assistant and if their wheelchair or crutches are left at the entrance.

[Important Notices for Visitors]
▶ For infection prevention, wearing socks is mandatory (stockings are not allowed).
▶ If you arrive late for your reservation, your exit time remains the same as the originally reserved time slot.
▶ There is no waiting area inside the store, so please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.
▶ If you have pets at home, the dogs may bark due to the scent. Please use deodorizer or change clothes as a courtesy.
▶ Your belongings or clothing may get dirty due to mild biting, excretion, or drool. Additionally, dogs' teeth or nails may accidentally touch you. Please interact with them at your own risk and understanding.
