[About Advance Reservations]
▶Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance. Reservations can be made up to the day of the event.
▶For refunds on prepayments after booking, please refer to the cancellation policy.

[Entry Denial]
You will not be allowed to enter the store if any of the following apply to you. Refunds will not be given in these cases, so please be sure to check.
▶Entering with pets.
▶Children under 140cm tall.
*Children under junior high school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. In such cases, a reservation by the parent or guardian is also required.
▶Pregnant customers.
▶Visiting the store after interacting with animals at a pet shop or animal cafe on the day.
▶Customers using wheelchairs or crutches may enter the store only if accompanied by an assistant and their wheelchairs or crutches are checked in at the entrance.

[Important Notices When Visiting the Store]
▶To prevent infection, socks are required. (Stockings not allowed)
▶Even if you arrive after your reservation time, you will be leaving at the end of your reserved time slot.
▶There is no waiting area inside the store, so please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation.
▶If you have pets at home, your pets may bark due to the smell.
Please cooperate with etiquette by deodorizing the area and changing their clothes beforehand.
▶Pets may bite, leave feces, drool, etc., and stain your personal belongings or clothing. Please understand that pets' teeth and claws may come into contact with you, so please interact with them at your own risk.
