When it comes to banquets and special occasions in Tosa, the first thing that comes to mind is sarabachi. It is recommended for celebratory occasions as well as for gatherings with friends and family. In Kochi Prefecture, banquets are called "okyaku," and there is a culture of inviting guests, including relatives and friends, to have a great time together.
