Neboke is synonymous with Tosa cuisine. Starting with our proud charcoal-grilled bonito tataki, the restaurant offers a variety of generously presented dishes that will whet your appetite. When it comes to banquets and special occasions in Tosa, the first thing that comes to mind is sarabachi. It is recommended for celebratory occasions as well as for gatherings with friends and family. In Kochi Prefecture, banquets are called "okyaku," and there is a culture of inviting guests, including relatives and friends, to have a great time together.
