- About Reservations -
● Only reservations for private open-air baths are available.
● Restaurant reservations can be made by phone.
● To reserve relaxation services, please visit this page.
● Room changes on the day of use are not permitted.
Guests wishing to change rooms must cancel their original reservation and make a new one. (※ Changes made from the day before to 3 days prior to the reservation date must be handled via phone.)
● If you also wish to use the public bathhouse, an additional fee must be paid on the day of use.
Adults (middle school age and above): ¥1,000 on weekdays, ¥1,300 on weekends/holidays; Elementary school students: ¥600.
※ Children under elementary school age are not allowed to use the facilities.
● Reservations can be made from 3 days up to 1 month prior to the date of use.
● There are three types of private rooms, each suited to different group sizes and room dimensions.

● The displayed prices include consumption tax and hot spring tax.

- Usage Guidelines -
● If your arrival time on the day of use is delayed, the usage time cannot be changed.
● Towels, various amenities, and yukata (for Ichi-no-Maki and Ni-no-Maki only) are provided.
● The rental fee for yukata in Ichi-no-Maki and Ni-no-Maki is ¥100 per item (same price for adults and children).
● All rooms include a climate-controlled lounge area.
● No toilets, TVs, or bedding are available in the lounges.
● Reservations made solely for the purpose of photography in private open-air baths are generally prohibited.
For photography intended for promotional purposes, please contact Hakone Yuryo directly.
● Guests wishing to use the universally designed room in Ni-no-Maki must contact Hakone Yuryo directly.
● If you wish to extend your usage time, please request this at the front desk on the day of use. However, extensions may not be possible depending on reservation availability.
● Use by guests under 18 years of age alone is not permitted. For age verification, ID may be requested; please understand this requirement.
● Bathing is not permitted for individuals wearing diapers.
