- Reservations -
● Only reservations for private open-air baths are accepted.
● Restaurant reservations can be made by phone.
● To make a reservation for relaxation services, please visit this page.
● Room changes on the day of use cannot be accommodated.
Guests wishing to change rooms must cancel their original reservation and make a new one. (※ Changes made from the day before to 3 days prior to the reserved date must be handled via phone.)
● If you also wish to use the public bathhouse, an additional fee must be paid on the day of use.
Adults (middle school age and above): ¥1,000 on weekdays, ¥1,300 on weekends/holidays; Elementary school children: ¥600.
※ Children under elementary school age are not permitted to use the bathhouse.
● Reservations can be made from 4 days up to 1 month prior to the date of use.
● There are three types of private rooms available, depending on the number of guests and room size.

● The listed prices include consumption tax and hot spring tax.

- Usage Guidelines -
● If your arrival time on the day of use is delayed, the usage duration cannot be changed.
● Towels, various amenities, and yukata (only for San-no-Maki) are provided.
● The rental fee for yukata in Ichi-no-Maki and Ni-no-Maki is ¥100 per item (same price for adults and children).
● All rooms have a climate-controlled lounge area.
● No restrooms, TVs, or bedding are available in these lounges.
● Reservations for the purpose of taking photos in the private open-air baths are generally prohibited.
For photography intended for promotional purposes, please contact Hakone Yuryo directly.
● Guests wishing to reserve the Universal Design room in Ni-no-Maki must contact Hakone Yuryo directly.
● Use by guests under 18 years of age alone is not permitted. ID verification may be required for age confirmation; please understand this requirement.
● Bathing is not permitted for guests wearing diapers.

- Extending Usage Time -
● Extensions can be requested by phone starting 3 days prior to the date of use.
● Time reductions or refunds after an extension cannot be arranged.
● If you wish to extend your usage time on the day of use, please inform the front desk. However, extensions may not be possible depending on reservation availability.

- Pricing -
● Holiday rates apply during Golden Week, summer season, and year-end/New Year period.
