This meal is a modern arrangement of various dishes that were actually eaten by the lord of the Ikeda family of the Okayama domain and were made to entertain guests, based on historical documents. This limited-time meal allows you to experience the feeling of being a lord with dishes served in a daimyo-style meal, such as abalone and sea bream served with miso paste, and hanpen (fish cake) topped with grated egg. It also uses plenty of seasonal vegetables and vegetables from the prefecture.

Based on historical documents, we have recreated the hospitality cuisine that was served to guests by the lord of the Okayama domain, the Ikeda family, and arranged it into a modern-style banquet meal. Based on historical documents, we have recreated the hospitality cuisine that was served to guests by the lord of the Okayama domain, the Ikeda family, and arranged it into a modern-style banquet meal. Imagine what it was like back then through a variety of dishes, such as bara sushi seasoned to suit the tastes of the 8th domain lord, Yoshimasa, and red sea bream with yuzu fragrant sauce, and enjoy the view of the current Okayama cityscape below.

"Manari stone" is a rare material found only in Okayama Prefecture. The sashimi is served on a plate made from this stone. The elegant pink color of the stone makes the Seto Inland Sea sea bream, fatty tuna, seared scallops, and squid sashimi stand out beautifully, creating a luxurious feel.
