▶️About the store holidays and operations in May
We are closed on Wednesdays (7th) and every Thursday, and we will be open only from 12:00 on the 2nd (Friday). Additionally, In addition, from the 23rd (Friday) to the 25th (Sunday), we will have a 3rd Anniversary event, and on those days, we will only be accepting customers with reservations. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Last order is 1 hour before the shop closing time
If you are late for last order time and over by 6:45pm, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

The seasonal parfait for May, "Taiwan Pineapple/Coconut/Chocolate," will be offered until June 1 (Sunday).

If you have disability and wish to have parfait we do at other brunches patisserie only by advanced reservation.

The menu is limited.

If there is no call for late, after past 15 mins of time the reservation will cancelled as no-show.
Our last order also last enter by 6:30 pm.

▶️If you aren’t feeling well or impossible to visit cause of transportation delays or canceled on the day of your reservation please give us a call before our opening time until 11am.

▶️If you have stroller or infant baby our floor is narrow spaces.
Please inform on the customer request if you have stroller.
We are one order policy but don’t have to order child’s under age 12.
But please reserve the number of seat contains kids.

▶️If you are celebrating, we do on plate message for free of charge.please advised the message and which deserts for on the customer request. We don’t prepare a message plate just select the purpose.Must leave us a requests.

▶️No outside food or drinks.

▶️Food allergies please inform on the customer request.
Therefore we do not avoid eggs, milk, wheat.
Other ingredients used for main, also impossible to avoid.
Parfait ingredients cannot avoid even if its allergies cause.

We have reconstructed the tiramisu into a parfait. Tiramisu mascarpone cream with Italian wine, the bitterness of two types of coffee from Horiguchi coffee, the crispness of cacao streusel cookie, and the aroma of caramelized almonds are added. Please enjoy the acquired taste tiramisu parfait combined with the apple banana, which has a Chewy texture. Reservations are only for a la carte items, but we present as a pairing drink that matches the tiramisu parfait, Horiguchi Coffee's single origin "Peru", which is different from the parfait parts, is available. In addition to the floral splendor and bright acidity, it is a coffee that slowly spreads with a concentrated sweetness and soft richness. It is a pairing that allows you to enjoy the parfait more deeply, so please enjoy it together.(+¥600)

This May parfait is centered around Taiwanese pineapple gelato and chocolate gelato, which are in season now. Taiwanese pineapples are harvested after they have fully ripened on the tree, so they are less sour and can be eaten deliciously all the way to the core. The gelato is of course made with maple and rosemary marinade in the glass, and is used with the raw fruit on top. It is paired with gelato made with 70% cocoa chocolate. Although it is high in cocoa, it has a strong milky taste, and you can enjoy the aroma of chocolate without being too sweet. In addition, please try the ``Taiwanese Pineapple/Coco/Chocolat'', which combines lychee elderflower jelly, coconut blancmange, cardamom and coconut meringue, nougatine, candy slab, anise streusel, koji amazake and passion fruit granite, coconut chantilly, and feuilletine chocolat coco. *A small amount of alcohol is used. We do not offer alcohol-free options, but we can make it with less of the relevant parts. If you would like to do so, please indicate your request in the customer request below.)

The refreshing bitterness and spice aroma of Darjeeling tea bring out the sweetness of the Taiwanese pineapple and coconut, and it goes perfectly with the rich chocolate gelato. Please enjoy it together with your parfait.

Thanks to you, BIEN-ETRE MAISON will be celebrating its third anniversary since its opening this May. To express our gratitude to everyone, we will be offering a limited-edition parfait for three days from May 23rd to 25th. "Muskmelon Parfait" This parfait is centered around Earl's Favorite muskmelon gelato, a specialty of Fukuroi, and jasmine gelato from Nagura Melon Farm in Fukuroi, Shizuoka Prefecture. We use plenty of melons that are carefully grown to have a high sugar content, rather than just one fruit per tree. Please enjoy the set of the limited-edition parfait for the third anniversary, which is filled with floral scents such as jasmine flowers, chamomile, and lavender, and a pairing drink.
