▶️About the store holidays
In December, we will be closed on the 4th, 11th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, and 26th. On the year-end days, December 30th and 31st, we will close at 5:00 PM. Additionally, on five days — the 19th after 6:30 PM, 20th, 21st, 24th, and 25th — we plan to serve only the Christmas course. (On the 19th, regular menu items will be available until 5:00 PM.)

If you are late for last order time and over by 6:45pm, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Our last order also last enter by 6:30 pm.

▶️If you aren’t feeling well or impossible to visit cause of transportation delays or canceled on the day of your reservation please give us a call before our opening time until 11am.

▶️If you have stroller or infant baby our floor is narrow spaces.
Please inform on the customer request if you have stroller.
We are one order policy but don’t have to order child’s under age 12.
But please reserve the number of seat contains kids.

▶️If you are celebrating, we do on plate message for free of charge.please advised the message and which deserts for on the customer request. We don’t prepare a message plate just select the purpose.Must leave us a requests.

▶️No outside food or drinks.

▶️Food allergies please inform on the customer request.
Therefore we do not avoid eggs, milk, wheat.
Other ingredients used for main, also impossible to avoid.
Parfait ingredients cannot avoid even if its allergies cause.

We have reconstructed the tiramisu into a parfait. Tiramisu mascarpone cream with Italian wine, the bitterness of two types of coffee from Horiguchi coffee, the crispness of cacao streusel cookie, and the aroma of caramelized almonds are added. Please enjoy the acquired taste tiramisu parfait combined with the apple banana, which has a Chewy texture. Reservations are only for a la carte items, but we present as a pairing drink that matches the tiramisu parfait, Horiguchi Coffee's single origin "Peru", which is different from the parfait parts, is available. In addition to the floral splendor and bright acidity, it is a coffee that slowly spreads with a concentrated sweetness and soft richness. It is a pairing that allows you to enjoy the parfait more deeply, so please enjoy it together.(+¥600)

Magbasa pa

This parfait features 「Le Lectier」Pear gelato and Chocolate caramel gelato.

The 「Le Lectier」 sent to us by Yamayo Orchards in Niigata Prefecture, can be enjoyed as gelato or compote.

Homemade caramel paste is kneaded into richly flavored chocolate made with Colombian cocoa beans, and cacao nibs add a touch of texture.

The classic dessert "Belle Hélène" is recreated in parfait form, combining the flavors of pear and chocolate with the aroma of kaffir lime.

Other toppings include cranberry jam, kaffir lime ginger jelly, noisette caramel blancmange, cocoa and sesame meringue, a granita inspired by kaffir lime-scented orange pomander, lerekuti red wine compote, gorgonzola sable, and kaffir lime and lychee tuile.

(We do not offer alcohol-free versions, but we can make them with fewer of the alcohol-free parts. If you would like this option, please specify your request in the customer request form below.)

Magbasa pa

This parfait set features rehectoi gelato and chocolate caramel gelato, paired with a drink.

The rehectoi, sent to us by Yamayo Orchards in Niigata Prefecture, can be enjoyed as gelato or compote.

Homemade caramel paste is kneaded into richly flavored chocolate made with Colombian cocoa beans, and cacao nibs add a textured accent.

This parfait recreates the classic dessert "Belle Hélène," combining the flavors of pear and chocolate with the aroma of kaffir lime.

To accompany this parfait, we have prepared an original blend of Kagoshima-grown roasted green tea, Kuromoji leaves, and PRANACHAI.
By combining roasted green tea with the refreshing and sweet aroma of Kuromoji and PRANACHAI, which is made with honey, a mellow yet fragrant aroma is added, harmonizing with the aromas of pear and kaffir lime (kaffir lime), and pairing it well with rich chocolate.
Enjoy this comforting, warming flavor with your parfait in the cold season.
