Enjoy a weekday-only lunch course in our restaurant's iconic "Gassho-zukuri" style setting. The main dish is "Hoba-yaki," a traditional mountain village dish from Hida and Gokayama.

Savor the traditional flavor of meat coated in miso smoked on a magnolia leaf, along with the charm of the Gassho-zukuri setting.
