▶ Cancellation Policy
If you are likely to arrive late, please contact the restaurant in advance.
* If you not show within 20 minutes after the reservation time, it will be treated as a cancellation. Please note.
For winter season bookings
Regarding cancellations, we will charge the reservation price as a cancellation fee as follows, starting from the time of reservation .
Within 24 hours: 100%will be charged.
Within 48 hours: 100%will be charged.
Within 72 hours: 50%will be charged for non seafood course
Within 72 hours of book the seafood courses: 100%will be charged

▶ Prepayment and Special Dates
Reservation Hold / Booking Prepayment
For all winter bookings we require a 5000 yen per head pre-booking credit card holding fee which is refundable and your card will not be charged if you complete your dining experience or cancel your booking 72 hours before your reservation. In the event of no show within your reserved time you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Special Dates
Note that 24/25/31 December and 1 January are designated special holiday dates and will have a min. order / spend of 25,000 yen per person.
