We have prepared five types of sake made with different rice and brewing methods from Matsumoto Sake Brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto, one of the three major sake producing regions.
This lineup makes it easy to experience the differences between each sake, so that even beginners can enjoy the depth of sake.
We hope you will enjoy the changes in flavor brought about by the different sake rice.

*The venue will not be Teppanyaki Hanaroku on the 1st basement floor of the main building of Hotel Kanra Kyoto, but the lounge on the 1st floor of the main building.
