・Cancellation on the day will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. (We will charge 100% even if people is reduced.)
If you cancel the reservation for only the seat, we will charge 5,000 yen for dinner and 2,000 yen for lunch per person.

・For reservations of 10 people or more
You will be asked to sign a "Booking Confirmation" by cloud signature or fax.
Regardless of the reservation completion notice on this site, the reservation will be completed when the return is confirmed. Our concierge will get back to you.
