Mika Ninagawa with EiM at SHIROIYA — Festive Dinner
A collaboration has come to life between photographer and artist Mika Ninagawa—who has been active in community revitalization projects in central Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture—and Shiraiya’s main dining room, Shiraiya The Restaurant.
The restaurant, which has been featured in the French food guide Gault&Millau for four consecutive years, will host a special festive dinner in December. Taking place during Shiraiya Hotel’s fifth anniversary year—the hotel opened on December 12, 2020—this collaboration brings together Mika Ninagawa, Hiroaki Miyata, and the creative team EiM to offer guests a memorable dining experience.
An outdoor art illumination installation by Ninagawa and EiM will provide guests with an unprecedented sensory experience and a winter memory to cherish.
Please note that Mika Ninagawa will not be attending the dinner in person.
