Of course, all side dishes, fried dishes, and pickles are made with Miyazaki ingredients. We also use freshly milled Hinohikari rice from Takahara Town, shipped directly from Miyazaki.
Finish by topping rice with seared bonito and pouring hot dashi over it for "dashi chazuke."
