■Cancellation policy [Reservations for seats only] Please contact us at least 2 days before your reservation to cancel. ・Cancellation the day before: 5,000 yen per person ・Cancellation on the day: 10,000 yen per person [Course reservations] To cancel a course reservation, ・Cancellation the day before: 50% of the course fee ・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the course fee Payment will be made on your next visit. *Please note that we will cancel your reservation if you cancel 30 minutes after the reservation time. ▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. Reservations for two people will generally be at the counter. ▶Please note that we limit your seating time to two hours. ▶If you have any allergies or food preferences, please write them in the request section. ▶ 7 or more people Please contact the store directly for reservations. ■Cancellation Policy If the reservation is canceled within 2 days of the resevation, the following cancellation fee will be charged: 【Seat Reservations】・The day before the reservation: ¥5,000 / person ・The day of the reservation: ¥10,000 / person 【Course Reservations】・The day before the reservation: 50% of the course price ・The day of the reservation: 100% of the course price Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
