The hotel parking lot (Paraka Osaka, basement 1st and 2nd floors) may be very crowded.

Please note that we do not have any affiliated parking lots available for use when our parking lots are full.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you use public transportation whenever possible when visiting the museum.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■About Reservations

- Please enter the full name of the person making the reservation correctly.
Reservations with unreachable phone numbers or names that cannot be confirmed may be canceled.
Thank you for your understanding.

・Cancellation Policy
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
A cancellation fee will also be charged if you cancel without notice.
Same-day reservations, changes, and cancellations can only be made by phone.
*Please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late for your reservation.

◎ Reservations for Shokado and Gekka, which are only available for lunch, and Irodori Gozen and Seasonal Kaiseki,
which are available for both lunch and dinner, must be made by 5:00 PM the day before.

◎If you make a reservation through this form, we'll give you a 10% discount off your total bill.
Cannot be combined with other discounts
The 10% discount does not apply to the Bouquet Sushi Plan, Chef Inauguration Kaiseki, Christmas and
New Year's menus, or all-you-can-drink.

・Orders for kaiseki cuisine are accepted at 13:00 last order for lunch and 20:00 last order for dinner.

・Anniversary Plate (¥3,000/plate) / Various Cake Anniversary Plans (Starting from ¥3,800)
*Reservations must be made at least three days in advance.
*We do not accept reservations for the anniversary plate or anniversary plan alone.
*If you would like a message, please enter 15 characters or less.
(This service is not available from December 20th to 25th, and January 1st to 4th, 2026.)
