29ON Group stores are cashless payment stores and do not accept cash payments.

[Reservation Cancellation]
○ To cancel your reservation, please cancel using the cancellation link attached to the reservation completion email. (Please note that if you do not register your email address or register an incorrect email address when making your reservation, you may not receive the reservation completion email and may not be able to cancel.)
To change your reservation, please contact the store or office.

【Cancellation Policy】
If you cancel after the same day of the week prior to your scheduled visit, a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee will be charged.
