The black beans from the Tanba region, carefully simmered at "Sansou Kyoto Yamato," have their natural sweetness gently brought out, allowing you to savor the elegant flavor of the beans. The pound cake, which features these black beans as the star ingredient, beautifully captures the changing seasons—from the gentle warmth of spring sunshine to the early summer greenery. The cake showcases a soft peach color reminiscent of cherry blossoms and a vibrant green reflecting the fresh leaves of early summer. The moist and dense texture of the cake is balanced with a refined sweetness, creating a sophisticated and subtle flavor.

本年我们将再次供应由京都宇治的窑元「朝日烧（Asahiyaki）」制作的带 fève 的 Galette des Rois。糕点采用发酵黄油与国产小麦制成的酥脆千层酥皮（pâte feuilletée），内馅大量使用柔软且糖度高的稀有丹波栗，以及以浓郁而清新果香与优雅甜味著称的京都水尾柚子。作为 Galette des Rois 不可或缺的 fève，使用了朝日烧的“黄磁”作品。fève 不使用模具，而是以拉坯工艺（车坯）精心成形，每一枚皆独具个性并仿照王冠造型；今年我们以粉色呈现。每年更换颜色推出的 fève 系列，亦是 Park Hyatt Kyoto 的 Galette des Rois 所独有的一种乐趣。
